Our deliveries are made through the Post Office and they are made via PAC (5-10 working days) or SEDEX (2-3) working days).
The delivery time starts to be counted after the payment is confirmed by the financial institution, which can be immediate or take up to 3 business days. After the confirmation, the period given by the Post Office is added, which varies between 5 to 7 working days. João de Barro is committed to reducing the maximum amount of time for you to receive your purchase quickly.
Exchanges and returns
For exchanges and returns, just send an email to email@example.com with your request. We at João de Barro Botinas are concerned with guaranteeing the satisfaction and well-being of our customers.
To guarantee this, our exchange and sales policy is based on the Consumer Protection Code:
- The deadline for returning or exchanging products is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. This period is guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code (art. 49) for purchases made on the Internet.
- You must contact us through our email before sending the product back. Products returned without prior notice will be returned to the customer and the exchange will not be considered.
- Defective products will be exchanged as long as these defects are not due to misuse. The exchange can be made for another similar or similar product within 30 days, or if you prefer, the refund of the amount paid.
- If you give up the purchase, the product may be returned even if it has not been defective, but it must be in perfect condition and without any sign of use.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging, including the protective materials, accompanied by the respective invoice and any accessories and manual, if any. If one of the items is not in agreement, the exchange or return will not be made.
- The exchange for another product can be done as long as it is available in stock.
- If there is no interest in exchanging for another product, the amount will be returned by canceling the transaction with the credit card administrator or via bank deposit, in the account indicated by the customer.
- In case of exchange for withdrawal, the freight will be paid by the customer. The store will only be responsible for shipping the product exchanged by default.
